Columbia Lake Village (CLV) is a townhouse community for all students. The community provides a safe and comfortable environment for people of all ages. It is a very diverse community with students and families from all over the world. International diversity is embraced and celebrated.
Columbia Lake Village-South (CLV-South)

- Is home to first-year, upper-year and exchange undergrad students, year-round.
- The community is made up of 4-bedroom, furnished townhouses for a total of 400 students.
Columbia Lake Village-North (CLV-North)
CLV - North townhouse
For Single Grads
- Is a diverse community of single grad students and families from all over the world.
- The community has a large single grad section made up of 2-bedroom townhouses. The single grad units are furnished.
For Families
- Is family-friendly and provides a safe and comfortable environment for full-time students with live in dependents.
- The community is made up of 250, 2-bedroom townhouses with a designated family area. The family units are unfurnished.
