UW Place

UW Place is a stepping stone to true independence. You'll learn to live with your suitemates, cook your own meals, and clean your own apartment. UWP combines the independence of living off campus with the convenience of living in residence. UWP is a suite-style residence, made up of 6 buildings. Each building is unique and there are 2, 3, and 4 person suites available.

Why UWP is the right FIT

  • UWP is a great place to transition from living at home to living on your own
  • Suite-style living is a great balance of privacy and social interaction
  • Cooking your own meals means you get to eat what you want, when you want
  • Living in UWP is a great way to become more familiar with the City of Waterloo as it’s close to Waterloo Park, Uptown Waterloo, and major bus routes
