New "Poll" app in Teams

Teams will have a new app specifically for polling and the original "Forms" app will be retired from Teams. This new app will be discoverable in Teams meetings/chats as “Polls”. It will have the same functionalities as Forms. Previous polls created in "Forms" will not be lost and can be viewed in the new “Polls” app or at https://forms.office.com
