I am a fifth-year Ph.D. candidate in computer science, supervised by Prof. Lila Kari, specializing in the application of machine learning to bioinformatics and biological data analysis. My current research focus is on developing accurate and efficient alignment-free methods for deep clustering of DNA sequences.
