Abstract | This paper demonstrates the use of a newly-developed commercial coaxial kit (DAK-TL) to investigate the dielectric properties of controlled binary glucose-water solutions prepared at concentrations (70-120 mg/dL), similar to type 2 diabetes patients, in a broad range of frequencies (0.3-67 GHz) using two different probes. The relative permittivity of glucose-loaded samples are then modeled in the mm-wave range from 50–67 GHz using a single-pole Debye equation of independent coefficients. |
