Trish McKeen, Sentinel Secondary School, West Vancouver, BC sent in this winning photo of her chemistry class’s thermite extravaganza. Trish explains she had always done the reaction outside on the ground, but this year she got creative and used a paper mache container. The photo is evidence that it was a success.
