A crafty chemistry set

Lauren Espy’s crocheted chemistry set has gone viral. Lauren crocheted the set for an art show at the Perot Museum where she works in Dallas, Texas. In 2008, she taught herself to crochet after her grandmother bought her a book on amigurumi, a ball of yarn and her first crochet hook. Lauren now runs an Etsy shop online called A Menagerie of Stitches — — where you can order this cute little chemistry set or a mini-set.
