he

in
2013.
He
obtained
his
Ph.D
degree
in
Computer
science,
Control
and
Signal
processing
from
the
Department
of
Automatic
Control
and
Computer
Science
(Informatique
Automatique
IA),
during
a
collaborative
framework
between
the
Ecole
Nationale
Suprieure
des
Mines
de
Douai
and
the
University
Lille
1,
France.
Moussa
holds

Electrical
