The Co-op Workplace Simulation

In this interactive simulation, participants will act as a co-op student at a synthetic company and uncover the organization’s key challenges.  The company is fictional, but the problems are realistic and reflect current issues faced by similar organizations.

Students will gain a practical approach for engaging co-workers, asking better questions and recognizing the “symptoms” of company challenges in any industry. You can immediately apply these skills in your current or future co-op roles.
