Guerrilla Usability Testing is an informal usability test that can be used to quickly gather feedback about your product at every stage of the development and design process.
Our UX designer, Katie Cerar, will be guiding you through how to conduct these informal usability tests with customers to identify issues within your own product.
You can bring a product of your own to test in this workshop. It must be an artefact that can be shown to an user - can be of any fidelity (sketches, wireframes, prototypes or even a launched product).
If you do not have a product in mind, we will have options available here for you to use.

What to expect:
In this workshop, we will be taking you through the process of identifying usability issues by walking users through various test scenarios.
• We will be defining the scope of what you are testing for.
• Planning the scenarios that you will take your users through.
• Conducting test scenarios on each other,
and learning how to take users through the tasks with non-leading questions.

Is this workshop for you?
This workshop is for individuals of all skill-levels.
If you are just starting off in your UX career and want to learn what a UX designer does day-to-day, then you should come.
If you are an experienced UX designer, come and practice in a no-pressure environment. This is also a good opportunity to gather feedback on what you’re working on from real people.
