At this seminar you will learn about the technical aspect of the Microsoft Azure QnA Maker bot and how it was implemented for a pilot project in The Centre. Shah will demonstrate the Bot, QnA Maker and the reporting capabilities. Bot architecture and cost will also be discussed.
Speaker bio
Shah is the Solutions Architect Team Lead in Departmental and Campus Applications (DCA), IST. He supports use of a variety of technologies across campus. Shah is a graduate of University of Windsor, with a Masters in AI, Natural Language Processing from the same University. Shah worked in variety of industries, from Automotive to the Energy sector, before coming to the University of Waterloo. Shah has great interest in Automobiles. He drove his 2002 Honda Accord 301K kms before selling it.
