Confluence: A dynamic tool to help users create and collaborate
During this seminar, we’ll provide a tour of the IST Confluence space, a team workspace that allows us to create, collaborate, and organize resources in one place. We’ll use the IST Knowledge Base to explain how Confluence works, how it can be used, and some of its strengths and limitations. We’ll also discuss the difference between our internal and external knowledge base spaces, our strategy for designing the spaces, and how we maintain them.
