The EDUCAUSE Annual Conference calls together the best thinking in higher education IT to become even better at what we do. This is where professionals and technology providers from around the world gather to network, share ideas, grow professionally, and discover solutions to today’s challenges.
This past fall, Lisa and Andrea travelled to Philadelphia, PA to attend the conference and will share their highlights with us during this seminar.

Bios:
Andrea is the Director, Instructional Technologies and Media Services (ITMS). Andrea holds degrees in BSc, Honours Mathematics, Saint Mary’s University and Masters of Mathematics, University of Waterloo.
Lisa is the Manager, Customer Relations and Support in IST Client Services and a UW grad.
