IST DCA Update
The Departmental and Campus Applications group has been busy with new system implementations, custom software development, and other activities in 2020. This session will outline some of the group’s accomplishments this year, and will share some upcoming projects.
Speaker Bio
Greg Smith is IST’s Director of Departmental and Campus Applications (DCA). DCA partners with many campus groups to support about 75 information systems on campus. Greg is in his 11th year at Waterloo and, while most people think that Greg graduated from Waterloo, he actually spent 7 years studying and working at Western University before moving here.
