In order to make data useful you need to understand it, expose it, and analyze it. Of course, this can’t happen if you don't store important data to begin with, or don't store it properly. But why talk about just how and why you should do it when we can talk about World of Warcraft (WoW) instead. Find out more than you wanted to know about the game and how to play it, and along the way discover good things that metrics have done for the game and the players. After all, if it's good enough for over 20 million WoW players, it's probably good enough for us.

This seminar will be webcasted/recorded and questions can be asked during the webcast via the link on the page.

This seminar was first presented at WatITis 2015.
