Mac Management

There are many tools used to manage Mac computers on campus; this talk will focus on one solution: Parallels Mac Management (PMM) for Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).

SCCM has been used by various IT support groups across campus to manage Windows computers since 2013. After initial testing by AHS and Environment in 2016, PMM was incorporated into SCCM to extend management capabilities to Macs. This session will provide some insights into how PMM is being used in AHS and Environment.
