The Request Tracker (RT) system is used by many areas of campus to track IT and non-IT requests. This session will provide an overview of an RT ticket lifecycle, what challenges exist and how to remedy them, tips on how to make the most of RT and how you can request new features and functionality. There will also be a brief introduction to the next version of RT (coming later in 2017).
Intended audience: Existing campus users of the RT system, or those interested in learning more about the RT system and how it can help with tracking requests/problems/tasks their area.
