An IT service catalogue is a powerful tool designed to provide customers with an easy way to learn about and consume the IT services available to them. Shawn will provide an overview of IST's service catalogue improvement efforts, including initial drivers for the project, how the project team defined IST’s services, lessons learned from the project, and future steps for how to make the catalogue increasingly accurate and useful.
