Service Desk and Jira

Matt and Carol will provide an overview of the Jira Service Desk pilot. Topics include a project overview, what went well, project challenges, and a look at some Jira Service Desk features. 

 

Speakers Bio

Carol Lu is a Computing Consultant on the IST Service Desks team in Client Services. She enjoys helping others find solutions to both technical and non-technical problems. 

Matt Harford is IST’s Service Desk Manager, overseeing the EC2 service desk and physical service desks in DC Library, DP Library, and Village 1. While the service desks keep him very busy, Matt enjoys woodworking, cooking, and his dog, Ramsey.
