O365 Outlook
Microsoft Outlook is the desktop email client that comes with Office 365. This session will show some tips and tricks to get the most out of Outlook.
Speaker Bio
William Lewis is a computing consultant in Customer Relations and Support, Client Services, IST. Will has supported Outlook on campus through many major changes including the adoption of shared calendars through Exchange and the move to Office 365 mail and calendar. Will is the account representative for the Faculty of Arts and also provides support for the Office of Research.
O365 Bookings
Microsoft Bookings is an appointment booking app, part of Microsoft 365. Bookings allows users to set up calendars and manage availability for themselves or a group, so that others can book appointments with them efficiently.
Speaker Bio
Jennifer Keir is a computing consultant with the Customer Relations and Support branch of Client Services, IST. She is the Faculty Account Representative from IST for the Faculty of Environment and supports Graduate Studies and Postdoctoral Affairs
