Women and Wealth: How women are changing the economy, wealth management and giving (November 18, 2021)
On November 18, we sat down for an engaging virtual discussion with uWaterloo’s Faculty of Mathematics’ alumni Milica Stojanovic (BMath ’11), Director, Investment Management at CI Investments and Selma Sahin (BMath ’77), Independent Knowledge Management Consultant.
Introduced by Tiana Zhao, Waterloo Women's Impact Network (WWIN) student member and representative of the Women in Mathematics Committee (WiM), this conversation aimed to bust the myth that women aren’t financially savvy. They also talked about the changing face of wealth and legacy planning and encouraged women to implement a mindset of success when it comes to their finances.
Recording of the webinar will be featured on the WWIN’s YouTube channel in mid-December 2021
