JDN/WTR

For two years I've given up morning coffee for a mushroom-based drink called "MUD/WTR". It's delicious, but expensive, especially now given that it comes from south of the border. Good news is that it is possible to make your own, which I now call JDN/WTR. The ingredients and amounts I pulled from their website. This home-made version tastes similar but at approximately half the price. Ingredients and other details are shown below.

The ingredients are mostly sourced as fine powders, but those that are not can be powdered in a coffee grinder. Ingredient sources are shown in the spreadsheet.

Mixing in action

I use a course scale (1 g and up), but I also have a fine scale from Canadian Tire (0.1 g and up). These are my ingredients coming together.
