Since his first day in September 1968, it’s estimated that Professor and Distinguished Teacher John North has taught more than 20,000 students.  And while that day stretches back 50+ years, North still remembers it vividly.

A combined effort between team members of two neighbouring universities produced a successful outcome at the latest StarterHacks competition in March, an event that allows first-time hackers to turn a plan into prototype in just 24-hours.

September 11, 2017, Heather Moyse announced on her Facebook page that she is making a return to the sport of bobsleigh and pushing towards a third Olympic gold medal. That's correct, Moyse has won TWO gold medals on the biggest stage, one in Sochi in 2014 and her first in 2010 on home soil in Vancouver.
