Campus Services delivers custodial support across University of Waterloo facilities (over 60 buildings), with the exception of Housing and the affiliated Colleges.
The following information outlines the services provided by Custodial Services, along with the standard frequency for each task. These tasks comprise the basic service level delivered across all supported areas.
Requests for services beyond the basic service provision are billable to the requesting department. Billable work requests are to be submitted through Archibus.
