PHRESH Lab graduate students present at the Eastern Canada Sport & Exercise Psychology Conference

PHRESH Lab members presented at the Eastern Canada Sport & Exercise Psychology Conference (ECSEPS) conference held in Niagara Falls, Ontario on March 20th-21st, 2026. Student presentations were titled:

  • Exploring the moderating effects of anticipated effort on real-time physical activity behaviour: An ecological momentary assessment study (Ryan Chen, MSc Year 2)
  • Effects of mental fatigue and individual physical effort tendencies on physical activity decision making in young ydults (Hannah Johnson, MSc Year 1)
  • Closing the effort gap: How message framing affects physical activity in mentally fatigued adultsĀ (Sucheta Khurana, MSc Year 1)
