PHRESH Lab Members attend the North American Society for the Psychology of Sport and Physical Activity (NASPSPA) Conference | Psychology Research on Exercise and Health Lab

PHRESH Lab members Ryan Chen (MSc Student) and Dr. Sheereen Harris (Director) recently attended the annual North American Society for the Psychology of Sport and Physical Activity (NASPSPA) annual meeting, held this year in South Lake Tahoe, California from June 3-5. Ryan Chen presented research titled: Effects of affect and emotional regulation on physical activity in adolescents: An ecological momentary assessment study.

Outside the conference, both took the opportunity to explore the natural beauty of the Lake Tahoe area including a walk to Nevada Beach.
