PHRESH Lab members attend the North American Society for the Psychology of Sport and Physical Activity Conference

PHRESH Lab members presented at the North American Society for the Psychology of Sport and Physical Activity (NASPSPA) conference held in Montréal, Québec on June 18th-20th, 2026. Student presentations were titled:

  • Examining within-day bi-directional associations between affect and physical activity: An ecological momentary assessment study (Ryan Chen, MSc Year 2)
  • Examining the moderating role of industriousness on associations between mental fatigue, message framing, and physical activity motivation (Sucheta Khurana, MSc Year 1)
  • Effects of mental fatigue on physical activity decision making in older adults: An effort discounting study (Hannah Johnson, MSc Year 1)
