Research Interests
I am interested in tissue mechanics and exploring the diagnostic potential of all forms of medical imaging. My current research is focused on improving surgical outcomes for individuals with osteoarthritis who have undergone stemless shoulder arthroplasties. After my Master’s degree I will be attending medical school with the end goal of becoming a radiologist. I would eventually like to work with Doctors Without Borders to increase the accessibility of medical imaging technologies throughout the world. My aim in doing so will be to: enable earlier diagnosis of various conditions, individualize treatment, and improve the overall quality of life for individuals living with disability.
