Survey comment S3Q1

How effective do you think your website has been in meeting the needs of its audience

  • I think the content, at least on the top pages, is somewhat static over time and could be updated more frequently to show more activity in the department, such as new and/or updated services
  • We believe that most of the major points are covered but small things are missing and other things are unclear and need revising.
  • a) This is a never-ending process b) there are specific areas (ie. faculty description pages and descriptions of our clinics) that are sub-par
  • We still haven't updated our site so it isn't really relevant
  • Not impemented yet
  • being redeveloped
  • The website is an administrative web application in the working prototype phase. There are several areas that need to be refined including user interface, forms, navigation, function, code redesign, etc.
  • Not very user friendly. Requires redesign.
  • Much of the content for our site needs to be updated to a marketing style -- most people would never take the time to read it all. We have gradually been improving the site as resources allow.
  • We have received good feedback as to the ease of use and clarity - people can find what they're looking for quickly.
  • There is not enough web support in the faculty to do things effectively or well.
  • Many prospective students and agents only use the contact us email and write out their question, rather than researching the answer themselves.
