Business Arising
Don welcomed back Michael Tjendra, and new member Israel Cefrin da Silva who will be taking over for Graham Faulkner. Don thanked Graham for his time on the committee and wished him well.
WCMS 3
General Update (Joe Kwan)
- Joe presented an update on the WCMS3 project, the presentation is available online. Please note that the dashboard in the minutes is a link to PowerBI and we are having permission issues (limiting who can access the page) but this is being worked on and Joe will notify us when this is resolved.
- Training is still an ongoing topic, question was raised if it was possible to have a searchable database to see what employees had the WCMS 3 training?
- Will connect with Privacy Officer and report back to Joe.
