1. Administrative items

2. CMS definition
- Content Management System (CMS) definition for draft report needed. Two definitions discussed - wikipedia version and Dave Addey version.
- Agreed to use the Project Proposal definition instead.
3. DMS exclusion
- Agreed to the exclusion of Document Management Systems (DMS) being added to the draft report
4. Principles in Content Management Systems book
- Agreed the principles in the book relate to implementing a CMS and not web-content management
- CMS Committee comments were provided.
5. Principles for future University of Waterloo Web Content Management (see draft report)
- Discussed.
- #1 - needs to be stated.
- #2 - Eva to edit
- #3 - okay for now but may be combined later with #5
- #4 - okay
- #5 - Terry to edit

6. Current Web Maintenance at University of Waterloo (see draft report)
- Paul and Pat provided information. A short discussion with group.

- #1. change "...requires some knowledge of Dreamweaver..." to "...requires knowledge of Dreamweaver..."
- #2. change "...burying navigational information..." to "...burying non-content information..."
