Fellowship program

The Biostatistics Training Initiative (BTI) Fellowship Program is designed to provide training to doctoral students (PhD) and post-doctoral fellow (PDF) in biostatistics or statistics.  The program will ensure that they are equipped with the practical and technical knowledge and skills to apply rigorous quantitative methods for cancer research.  This program will support three PhD and one PDF for a two-year term. Please visit Ontario Institute for Cancer Research BTI Fellowship Program website for further information and instructions on the application process. 

The members of the steering committee include Drs. Gregory Pond (Chair), Cecilia Cotton (Co-Chair), Wei Xu, Yan Yuan, Kelvin Chan, and an observer from Ontario Institute for Cancer Research.  Additional funding for Fellowships is provided by the Canadian Statistical Sciences Institute (CANSSI).
