From developing energy and climate campaigns for average Canadians to leading and advising national organizations, Corey Diamond (BES ’99) is a problem solver determined to have a positive impact.

Corey began working for Realized Worth in 2013, a global company focused on the design and delivery of corporate volunteering and giving programs. Today, he is Executive Director of Efficiency Canada, an organization he built from the ground up, helping to maximize the benefits of energy efficiency resulting in a sustainable environment, a productive economy, and a just and equitable society.

A recognized expert on climate action and energy efficiency, Corey has been on podcasts and in the news — recently speaking directly with Prime Minister Trudeau at a media event, in support of vital new funding to help train and employ 2,000 people through a clean energy, clean recovery program. He is a guest lecturer at universities and colleges across Ontario, including the University of Waterloo, and has been a keynote speaker at energy efficiency conferences across the country.

An avid sports fan, musician, reader, and traveller Corey has volunteered his time on several boards and committees, including The Atmospheric Fund, Scout Environmental, and DECA Connects.
