Felicia is a Master of Environmental Studies student with the Department of Geography and Environmental Management at the University of Waterloo. Her educational background is in International Relations, Environmental Management, and Integrated/Adaptive Water Resource Management, Planning, and Governance. Felicia’s thesis research focuses on flood adaptation policies, post-disaster recovery, and climate resilience.
