Features/functionality
- Added a password policy for accounts, so passwords must meet University standards
Fixes/updates
- Made publishing/unpublishing via the block record who performed the action
- Removed access to "/node" for non-administrators
- Ensured required data attributes for links are not stripped
- Fixed ordering not saving or applying in the multi-type list block
- Fixed site footer not displaying on node page when it's only a draft

- Improved theming for banner images
- Updated home icon
- Updated Office of Indigenous Relations link in the global footer
- Fixed catalog search button growing in height when there is a description
