How to use the directory

Your personalized awards search

The Awards Directory lets you search and filter awards based on your individual circumstances.

Apply filters to narrow your results. Only one selection per filter can be applied at a time.

If a filter is left blank, all awards matching your other criteria will be included in the results. If all criteria are left blank, results will include all awards in the Awards Directory.

If only one award matches your search criteria, you will be taken directly to that award page.

Entrepreneurial For students involved in start-ups, business ventures, or entrepreneurial activities.

Understanding search results

We recommend using the filters as a starting point and exploring awards across multiple searches.

Filtered results show awards that match your selection criteria, but they may not show every award that you may be eligible or considered for. For example, if you filter by a specific affiliation, the directory will only return awards that list that affiliation criteria. However, there are many other awards that do not use affiliation as a criterion that you may still be eligible for.

Only one selection can be made per filter at a time. The directory does not currently support combining multiple selections within the same filter. For example, if you belong to more than one community or identity group (e.g., Black and Woman), you will need to run a separate search for each to see the full range of relevant awards.
