Discover how a centralized platform with the power of high-quality, de-identified eye data can unlock AI-driven research, policy, and innovation in vision health nationwide.

Why an eye data repository (Can-View) matters

Data is the cornerstone of effective decision-making and creating evidence-based policy, revealing valuable insights about the current state of eye care in Canada. Optometry plays a critical role in primary and preventative eye care.  Through diagnoses and treatments, data and insights are collected to foster the innovation for enhancing public health outcomes and quality of life.  Data enables innovation and tracks the impact on health equity. Ultimately, data-informed insights align key issues at a national level, driving a unified approach to improving eye care for all Canadians.  Help us to build a clearer eye care future!
