CDW3 is a small event with an emphasis on group discussion and activities; therefore, priority for registration is given to participants with accepted proposals. If you wish to participate in CDW3 without an accepted proposal, please contact the organizing committee (cdw@uwaterloo.ca) with a short description of your interest in attending.

Registration fees for in-person participants
Registration fees cover all sessions, breakfast and lunches on Thursday and Friday, and the conference dinner on Thursday evening.

Note: To encourage the participation of PhD students and early career researchers who are members of the Design Society, the Design Society will waive its membership fee for selected individuals attending CDW3.
Online participation
We acknowledge that not everyone can travel to Waterloo: to ensure inclusiveness of CDW3, we will consider a limited number of participants to participate online. Please contact the organizing committee (cdw@uwaterloo.ca) if you require this accommodation. The fee for the online participation is $50 ($44.25 + HST).
