Who is it for?

Using this application process, the Catalyst office will select a diverse group of individuals who are likely to benefit from, and succeed during the camp. If time/distance are a barrier to attending these events, please contact us to get access to the online portion of the program.

This means that advanced knowledge or experience will not give an applicant any advantage over someone else. We are looking for a commitment to learning computational thinking and software engineering concepts.

Application form

The application form collects contact information, courses in progress, and other relevant information. This form also allows you to submit your answer to the Personal Interest Form electronically (if appropriate).

Code Squad Coding Challenge

As part of the application process, we would like you to demonstrate a self-directed approach to your learning.

Therefore, we'd like you to complete the first coding activity - Codesquad Application Challenge. Again, we simply want to see a commitment to learning; we are not looking for experienced coders.
