Both Professor Saunders and Professor Weng participated at the 43rd Annual Meeting of the Statistical Society of Canada. Halifax, Canada, June 14-17, 2015. Professor Saunders presented ``Lower Tail Independence of Hitting Times of Two Dimensional Diffusion Processes" and Professor Weng gave an invited presentation on “Optimal reinsurance design”.
