CoLab Director Katie Plaisance has received a UW/SSHRC Explore Grant for the project, “Developing a Collaborative Mindset: The Importance of Psychological Safety, Epistemic Humility, and Valuing Diverse Perspectives.” This is an exploratory project that draws on research in psychology, philosophy, and the science of team science to develop a concept of ‘collaborative mindset’ and connect it to existing research on growth mindset in psychology.
