CoLab research presented at Science of Team Science conference

Katie Plaisance, CoLab Director, presented the talk “How Mindsets Matter: The Role of Context-Specific Attitudes & Beliefs in Interdisciplinary Team Science” at the International Network for the Science of Team Science (INSciTs) conference in Vancouver. Dr. Plaisance’s talk discussed the importance of mindsets and interpersonal traits in interdisciplinary teams, as well as how beliefs about the nature of knowledge can affect team members’ openness to working with researchers from other disciplines.
