Philosophy with Science research presented in Calgary

Katie Plaisance, CoLab Director, presented “What Do Scientists and Engineers Say About the Benefits of Philosophy-STEM Collaborations? Empirical Evidence for the Value of ‘Philosophy with Science’” for the Department of Philosophy’s Speaker Series at the University of Calgary. The talk covered some of Dr. Plaisance’s recent research exploring scientists’ and engineers’ perceptions of the value of philosophy of science.
