DEcode Program
Welcome!
Mission
To advance understanding of the safety, effectiveness, and equitable use of medications and technologies in real-world settings.
What We Do
Our research program contributes to the growing fields of pharmacoepidemiology, real-world evidence, and health outcomes research. Using population-level administrative data, clinical cohorts, and disease registries, we evaluate medication use, safety, effectiveness, healthcare delivery, and policies that shape access to and delivery of care. Our goal is to generate evidence that informs clinical practice, supports policy development, and improves health outcomes across a range of chronic and complex conditions, including diabetes and other related metabolic diseases.
Who We Are
We are an interdisciplinary team of researchers, clinicians, trainees, and collaborators united by a shared commitment to improving health outcomes through evidence generation. By combining expertise in pharmacoepidemiology, population health, and health services research, we work to address real-world challenges and support better health outcomes among individuals living with chronic and complex health conditions.
