Kirti is a PhD candidate at the University of Waterloo. His work experience includes Data Analyst, working with Microsoft Azure, Google BigQuery (GCP), Python, R and data visualization. He has completed the Google Data Analytics Certificate in December 2021. By background, He is a Physiotherapist with more than a decade of clinical, academic, and managerial experience. Currently, He is working on public health surveillance research, using NextGen data sources including data from the Internet of Things (IoT), and wearables. His research uses different models of Machine learning and Deep learning to gain insight from the user-generated data sources for healthy behaviours and population-level human mobility. He have the skills of a public health professional, health informatics specialist, health economist, biostatistician and data science researcher.
