Bibliography

Noah joined the DQM group in 2022 as a Masters student in the Faculty of Physics and Astronomy, where he later transferred to a PhD. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Victoria, earning a combined honours degree in physics and astronomy. As an undergraduate, Noah conducted researched with UVic's Condensed Matter Theory group, where he studied dielectric loss in superconducting devices due to two-level systems. Noah is currently researching the collective quantum phenomena that can emerge in superconducting quantum circuits when coupled to a common dissipative environment. His work focuses on understanding how such interactions lead to novel quantum effects, with potential applications in quantum information processing and quantum neuromorphic computing. Outside of research, Noah is an avid outdoorsman, who enjoys going back home to the Canadian Rockies.
