My
research
interest
focuses
on
Global
Navigation
Satellite
Systems
(GNSS)
Reflectometry
(GNSS-R),
where
I
study
the
properties
of
signals
reflected
off
the
ground.
Since
GNSS
signals,
such
as
GPS
signals,
are
L-band,
one
can
expect
reflected
signals
containing
useful
information
about
the
reflective
surface,
e.g.
soil
moisture,
water
level,
ice
thickness,
and
snow
depth.
Besides
ground
GNSS
receivers,
I
am
interested
in
down-looking
GPS
receivers
installed
on
drones
and
LEO
micro-satellites.
