PhD student
I graduated from Beijing Normal University with a Bachelor degree in Rural Urban Management in 2007 and a Master degree in Land Management in 2010.
I'm currently a PhD candidate in the University of Waterloo. I have a background in land resource management and human geography. I'm currently working with Dr. Steffanie Scott, doing research in ecological agriculture development and alternative food networks in China.
My research concerns the government's role in the construction of alternative food networks and the interactions between the state and the civil society in food related issues.
