Beth is a pluridisciplinary professional with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from McMaster University, a Master of Health Science and a Master of Laws from the University of Toronto, and is currently completing her PhD. Her diverse background spans critical care, clinical trials, policy and technical planning consulting, law, and athletic coaching. A self-described maverick and magna supersteres, Beth thrives at the intersection of disciplines, bringing creativity and rigor to complex health challenges.
Her research explores disruptive innovation and evaluation in health technology, with a focus on generative AI and quantum systems that advance human health and performance. She is actively involved in projects such as the Synthetic Data Network and CAN-VIEW, driving forward the responsible and transformative use of emerging technologies in healthcare.
