Joanna Dong

Joanna is a Honours Public Health student with the Health Informatics Option and Health Research Specialization at the University of Waterloo. Her research interests broadly span the intersection of healthcare, technology, and data, with a general focus on applications of AI and machine learning in healthcare and public health. She is particularly keen on responsible uses of emerging technologies, including large language models, to support research and improve health outcomes.
